Artwork

Please send art via email to iioutfitters@ideal-images.com. Art provided needs to be actual imprint size or larger. All art that is not camera ready will incur a minimum art charge of $45.00 per hour.

Payment Options

We accept purchase orders, Master Card, Visa, & Discover credit cards.

Sales Tax

Any purchases delivered in the State of Nebraska will be charged applicable sales taxes.  If product is delivered outside of Nebraska, it will be the responsibility of recipient to pay for any applicable use taxes.

Production Time

Production time begins once your artwork is approved. Normal production time is 10 working days plus shipping time. Times will vary depending on product.

Adding to/Changing Your Order

We are always happy to accomodate any changes which may occur.  Please contact one of our Ideal Image sales representatives at 888-596-1002 should you have any changes.

Matching Imprint Color

Standard imprint colors may vary depending on product or fabric type. For example, emerald green on cotton t-shirts may look different than emerald green on a ceramic mug.  Please contact Ideal Image sales at 888-596-1002 for a sample to insure the color on your product matches what you want.

Special Imprint Colors (PMS)

All standard ink colors are available. Orders requiring a PMS match color or special ink color will incur an additional fee. Prices for a PMS match vary depending on the item ordered.

Right to Promotion

Unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of your order placed, we reserve the right to use any item produced by us for display and promotion.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS ground service and will be billed at UPS shipping rates. Second-day air and next-day air services are also available for an extra charge. (We are in no way responsible for delays of your order resulting from negligence of the carrier, strikes, weather conditions, power failures, or acts of God. Once your order leaves our facillity, the carrier is responsible for timely deliveries). SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF EACH ITEM.

Broken or Damaged Items

Please inspect all packages when they arrive. If any of your items arrive broken please save all packaging and damaged goods for inspection. Please call Ideal Images at 888-596-1002 immediately to report any damage. All damage claims must be made within 7 business days from receipt of merchandise.

Overruns and Underruns

Due to the variation of the manufacturing of custom printed items, the quantity you receive many be 5% over or 5% under the quantity you ordered. This quantity will be considered fulfillment of your order, and you will be billed for the actual quantity you receive.
