How do I change my email address? |

There are several ways you can do this. When you place your order your email address is provided under the ‘Billing Information’. You may change your address at this time. When logged into the ‘Online Supply Center, go to Services and select ‘Change Address Details’. You can change you email address as well as your phone number and billing address here. If you wish you can send an email to support@ideal-images.com or contact your customer service representative to do it for you. |

How long does it take to process my order? |

Please allow 24-48 business hours to process all in-stock items. Custom items will take approximately 10-15 business days to be shipped. Please remember to include UPS shipping time. For more information, please see the Shipping Information link below. |

What happens to my order if my credit card declines? |

First of all, when you place your order online, the system will not allow you to complete the order if the credit card is invalid or declines. If you place an order which is a partial shipment and it declines when the second shipment is ready to deliver we will contact you for a new credit card. You will have 7 days to provide us with a valid credit card or your order will be cancelled. |
