How is pricing established?
Ideal Images will work with your franchise system to establish your requirements for product pricing. How is our product shipped?
Most products ship UPS ground.
What is the usual delivery time frame on my franchise orders?
If items are in stock they will ship within 24 hours of placing an order. Custom items require more time to get the product in and to decorate. This takes less than 10 business days in most cases.
How are problems taken care of?
All questions and issues are tracked and resolved through our Customer Service Team. They insure the problem is logged, addressed with the customer, and resolved in a timely manner. Should an issue need action from outside our organization the customer will be advised of the facts and given estimated time to resolution.
What if I need to change one of my products or supplies?
This is easily done by contacting our Customer Service Team who will make any necessary adjustments to your order.
